Ranks

and requirements

Our rank structure is pretty straight forward and is primarily designed to convey long term membership and development as a pilot or NFO in your airframe. Outside of operations, ranks are relatively unimportant in social settings, except when it comes to squadron leads guiding the overall direction of their squadrons. Just because you meet the requirements for a rank does not mean you will be promoted, and any requirements may be waived by the CAG at any point for any member at their discretion.

For the purposes of attendance, attending an official event counts as attending any weekly operation or official training event for at least 50% the duration of the event.
